Endoscopic Revision of Bariatric Surgery

Gastric bypass and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy are commonly performed bariatric surgeries.  Weight regain occurs in approximately 30% of patients as early as 1 year after surgery.  Prior studies have demonstrated that weight regain is commonly related to dilated or stretched stomach.
